Chapter 3: Passwords

Passwords are the keys to our online accounts, and creating strong and unique passwords is essential. Here are 3 tips to keep in mind when creating a strong and secure password.

  1. Use a password that is at least 12 characters long. The longer the password, the harder it is to crack.

  2. Create a password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Mixing different character types increases the complexity and also makes it harder for attackers to guess or crack your password.

  3. Don’t include personal information such as your name, birth date, or any easily guessable details. Attackers can often find such information online, making it easier to guess your password.
